while I was waiting for the doc at the poly clinic today, I came across an interesting exhibit.

"Adults should not take more than 13 teaspoon of fats per day"

Its actually pretty tough even if you stick to their so called "correct version" of the same type of food that you want to eat. For example, you should be eating the superbly dry chappati (which apparently has 0 teaspoon of fat) as opposed to a prata (which, if I didn’t remember wrongly, have 5 teaspoons of fat). Eating laska without the gravvy half the fats intake from 7 to 3 teaspoon. And the killer for chicken rise and nasi lemak lies in the rice. You have to half the portion of rice to reduce fat intake dramatically (well, I’m sure you will soon find people who eat chicken rice without rice). :)

Recently, I have also heard from a friend talking about eating right for your blood group. Apparently, people with B+ blood type should avoid eating salmon (something which I absolutely love) and should avoid taking tomato (and damned…I love my tomato juice).
